Welcome to the ” website ‘www.zarilove.com and ‘‘www.goddessence.com” “ Terms and Conditions. “Zarilove”, (trading name for Priestess LTD a UK registered company)”we”, “us” or “our” provides the services available on the Website. Your use of this Website is governed by these Terms and Conditions set out below. By using any part of this Website, completing your customer registration with us and/or placing an order on the Website you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of products made by the Seller, hereafter referred as to “Zarilove’, in reference to Goddessence Sacred Aroma Remedies to the buyer hereafter referred to as the “Customer.”

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the website are governed by English Law and you agree to submit the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights. Zarilove provides, information, materials and services through its Site. Written, video and audio resources may be available, and the Site may also allow users to book retreats, events and training, publications, purchase products and access other general information.

ZARILOVE GODDESSENCE PRODUCTS Applicable to sections 1-11

1. PRICE

1.1. All prices are quoted in British Sterling and are inclusive of sales tax and VAT (as may be prescribed by law from time to time), unless otherwise specified.

1.2. All prices are displayed without postage and packing (see section 4) Postage prices will be charged in addition to the price of any goods, and are stated individually on the website. The total cost of your order shall be the price of the products you order plus any applicable delivery charge. All of these will be set out clearly at check-out before you submit your order.

2. PAYMENT

2.1. Online payment will be provided in a secure environment. Payments must be made in British Sterling and by one of the following credit card payment methods (except International Customers see clause 9), We accept payment through either by selected debit or credit card, bank transfer or through your paypal account.. If any of these payment methods are unsuitable, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss other payment options.

Please ensure that the details You enter are correct. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to Zarilove, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise to you. Risk in the merchandise transfers to you upon delivery.

3. PASSING OF RISK

The risk in the goods shall pass to the Customer on delivery, as defined in clause 5.4 below.

4. MEDICAL CLAIMS AND PROMISES

Our products do not make any medical claims or substitute medical assistance, treatment. Information on our site is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Products are purchased for enjoyment purposes.

5. UK DELIVERY (on products)

5.1. Standard Delivery: Monday to Friday only. Please allow 3-5 working days.
Shipping and handling charges are based on the total weight of each individual package in the shipment for each delivery address.

5.2. Overseas and non-mainland UK delivery: Postage is charged at cost. Delivery times may vary. Please allow up to 14 days. [See clause 10].

5.3. Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible, when received from the manufacturer, or an alternative option maybe offered. Zarilove cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the manufacturer, or any other third party. Zarilove has the right to fluctuate these prices in proportion with their costs for shipping.

5.4. In the event of an order being lost by a third party, Zarilove bears no risk once it has left their trading premises. Where goods have been received damaged, a refund/exchange application will only be acknowledged if the goods are returned unopened and unused together with their original packaging within 14 days of receipt to:

5.5 Processing of orders is usually as they are received. We dispatch orders Monday through Friday. Orders are usually dispatched within 48-72 hours though it may take longer in certain circumstances. Orders received on a non-working day will be addressed the next working day. Note: Delivery to rural addresses may take an additional day or two and incurs a charge for remote areas see 5.1

5.6 In the event that a product that you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately. If your order is made up of multiple items, some items may be dispatched separately. If this does happen, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to advise there is more than one parcel.

6. ACCEPTANCE

The Customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless within 14 days after their receipt the Customer shall have notified the seller that the goods are rejected. (This does not however affect the customer’s statutory rights). If no such action has been taken, Zarilove shall consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purposes, and may not accept any reject at a later date. We offer no warranties on our products or services.

7. RETURN PROCEDURE

7.1. If the goods are to be rejected in the time limit set in clause 6 above, the Customer shall comply with the return procedure as defined in clause 7.2 below. Zarilove will not accept any returned goods should the return not follow the aforementioned return procedure.

7.3. In cases where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement when returned within 14 days. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to Zarilove before the refund or replacement can be issued. We recommend that you inspect your entire order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or in error, please, contact our customer service team as soon as possible via our Contact Us form. Damages, defects, missing items or any errors not reported within 7 working days of receipt will not be accepted for return.

7.4. In cases where the rejection is due to an incorrect order from the Customer or to dissatisfaction, the Customer is entitled to a partial refund (full refund less postage, where standard post & packaging will be charged at £6.00) only. Goods must be returned to Zarilove before the partial refund can be issued. When returning items you are strongly advised to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

8. CANCELLATIONS

8.1. Cancellations of Goddessence and merchandise products are only accepted if the Customer complies with the following cancellation procedure and BEFORE the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, the return procedure as defined in clause 7.2 above will apply. If the procedure is not respected, the order will be considered valid and the Customer will remain liable for the full payment.

8.2. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the date on which you receive the goods by sending us a notice of cancellation in writing and returning the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us by letter to: Notice of Cancellation, Customer Care, Zarilove, 33 Park Street, Windsor, Berkshire, London, SL4 1LB UK, or via our Contact Us form providing us your order number.

If the goods have already been dispatched, Zarilove cannot refund any monies spent on postage & packaging.

9. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Customers from outside the UK can only pay by International credit card, Paypal or bank transfer and must pay in Pound Sterling unless otherwise specified. If you are experiencing difficulty please contact love@goddessence.com. For aromatherapy products and contact@zarilove for holistic services. All other terms and conditions apply.

10. LAW

These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with English Law. Any person attempting to make fraudulent credit card transactions will be prosecuted with no exception.

Validity Clause, If any term or provision in these booking conditions is found by any court, tribunal or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be wholly or partly illegal, invalid, void, voidable, unenforceable or unreasonable it shall to the extent of such illegality, invalidity, voidness or unreasonableness be deemed severable and the remaining provisions of the booking conditions and the remainder of such provision shall continue in full force and effect.

Zarilove will not be responsible nor liable for your use of any other websites which may be accessed via links within this website. Zarilove does not control other linked websites (with exception to www.zarilove.com and www.goddessence.com) and is not responsible for their content. Any such links are provided merely as a service to users of this website and their inclusion in this website does not constitute an endorsement by or affiliation with Zarilove

ZARILOVE RETREATS, HOLISTIC SERVICES AND EVENTS

The following terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of services made by the Seller, hereafter referred as to ” ZARILOVE “, to the buyer hereafter referred to as the “Customer. .” The following Terms and conditions from 13- 23 are in relation to Zarilove retreats, events and holistic services specifically.

13 BOOKINGS AND TRAVEL

13.1 It is the customer’s responsibility to check the reservation, dates, travel and program information where applicable and ensure that the particulars and personal information is contained therein are correct.

13.2 Booking shall be made via the website www.zarilove.com, email or telephone. or other provider. Booking forms must be completed. When the booking is complete and all due monies are paid, written confirmation of customer’s place will be sent by Zarilove

13.3 It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that he/she has all the relevant travel documentation, insurances and arrives at the airport in time.

13.4 Zarilove can accept no responsibility for delay or cancellation of any flights, train, buses or other forms of transport. We recommend that all customers have adequate travel, cancellation and medical insurance for the duration of the trip.

13.5 Transfers to/from the retreat are at your own cost and responsibility unless otherwise specified.

13.6 Bookings are for the stated period of the retreat only. There are no refunds for an unused portion of the retreat.

13.7 Your booking is an offer to book an Retreat or Event and we reserve the right to refuse any request for a booking for any reason at any time and to refund the fees paid without reason.

14. PAYMENT and DEPOSITS

14.1 The customer shall pay Zarilove a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit in the sum of 25% of the retreat (minimum £200) of the total amount due for each person named in the reservation at the time of booking or full payment to secure their place. This deposit may be used against another retreat if the cancellation is within 90 days of the event.

14.2.  The amount due for accommodation will be deal with and paid directly to the hotel/retreat centre on arrival, in accordance with the hotels own payment and booking policies and are not a liable by Zarilove.

14.3 The final balance of monies due for Zarilove services shall be paid by the customer to Zarilove not less than 60 days prior to the date of departure upon receipt of an invoice (unless otherwise stated for specific retreats). Bookings within 30 days must be paid in full at time of booking. Payment can be made via the website payment gateway, allocated official third party link or over the phone directly. We accept payment from paypal, credit card, debit cards, or bank transfer.

14.4 If payment of either the deposit or the balance is not received by the due date Zarilove reserves the right to cancel the reservation and in those cases retain the deposit.

14.5 When booking any type of retreat, group or personal Zarilove retreat the customer is strictly advised NOT to make any travel arrangements until after confirmation of their booking and confirmed dates has been sent. All bookings are provisional until confirmed by Zarilove and full payment has been received.

14.6 Advertised events paid online via third party ticketing websites are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the specific website.

14.7 A deposit of £25.00 is required to book an appointment for healing/therapy sessions. This amount is redeemable against the full cost of the treatment and will be deducted off the final payable amount on the day and completion of the therapy session. Zarilove requires 48 hours cancellation notice to a booking otherwise the deposit of £25.00 is non-refundable.

15. CANCELLATION

15.1 In the event of cancellation of retreat by the customer, regardless of the circumstances, the following refund fees, minus the deposit, apply:
The deposit is non-refundable, as mentioned in 14:1.

Cancellation 30 days or less before due arrival date, 0% refund
Cancellation 30-45 days before due arrival date, 25% refund
Cancellation 45-90 days before due arrival date, 50% refund
Cancellation more than 90 days before due arrival date, 100% refund
If the reason for cancellation is covered under the terms of your private Insurance Policy, you may be able to make a claim on your insurance.

If the retreat, event is paid for in full at the time of booking the customer has up to 14days refund rights from the booking date. (A admin cancellation fee may apply).

15.2.  Due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, teacher cancellations, or not enough participants to run the trip or other situations beyond our control, Zarilove reserves the right to change bookings, itinerary or other and shall inform the customer as soon as possible.

15.3 If your accommodation has to be changed, we will do our utmost to provide accommodation of a similar high rating. If a significant change becomes necessary, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible if there is time before your departure.
Alternative arrangements or full refunds will be offered but we do not accept responsibility for any costs incurred, including airfare.  Zarilove is not held liable for flight and travel costs.

15.4 Zarilove shall not be liable for any failures beyond its control. This covers natural disasters, war, ‘acts of God’, closure of airports, civil strife, accidents or failure to perform by third parties, including suppliers and subcontractors.

15.5 Cancellations or changes of times of booked holistic treatments and personal therapy sessions with therapists whilst on Retreat must be notified 24-48 hours prior or the full cost will be incurred at Contact@zarilove.com or by phone.
For therapy bookings made online Zarilove via a security deposit we require 48 hours cancellation notice or the booking deposit of £25.00 will be non-refundable.

15.6 On the rare event that we have to cancel a retreat or event we will
provide a booking for an alternative event or date; or if you are unable to attend the re-scheduled meeting or event (if any) or there is no re-scheduled event or meeting then we will provide a refund of the fees paid.

15.7 Event tickets purchased online via a third party website are refundable and exchangeable in accordance to the individual company policies and settings.

15.8 You are not entitled to transfer a booking without our consent.

15.9 You may incur a cancellation charge if you cancel 14days or less prior to an Event.

16 DISCOUNTS

16.1 Zarilove reserves the right to offer discretionary discounts, scholarships and this does not affect the status of any guests who have paid the full price and no discount will then become due to them.

17. CODES OF CONDUCT

17.1 The customer will adhere to retreat protocols and respect codes of conducts of the retreat and hosting properties, retreat/event center. Failure to comply with rules and policies may result in the customers place /program being terminated, without compensation.

17.2 The event or retreat centre accommodation shall not be used for any offensive, noisy, dangerous, illegal, entertainment, immoral or improper purposes, substances. The customer shall not do anything which may be a nuisance or annoyance to Zarilove Retreat/workshops and its guests, staff or owners. In appropriate behavior including violence, sexual harassment to staff is considered as gross misconduct and will result in instant termination of the event or remaining retreat.

17.3 The customer shall keep all Zarilove hosting retreat center/s and accommodation fixtures, fittings, furniture and effects in a clean and good condition and shall replace any articles which are destroyed or missing with articles of a similar kind and of equal value.

17.4 Zarilove reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate use of the property or any of its facilities by the customer in the event of any breach of these terms and conditions. The customer will be required to vacate the property and Zarilove shall not refund payment or accept any consequential liability damages or loss.

18. ACCOMMODATION

18.1 In the event that the customer decides to downgrade their accommodation after monies have been paid to the hotel, the customer will not be entitled to any refund. If the customer wishes to upgrade the new price will apply. If a customer wants to change room this will be at the discretion of the retreat centre, availability and may incur an additional cost.

18.2 Zarilove does not take any responsibility for issues with the accommodation, rooms and facilities should these should be dealt with directly with the hotel/retreat centre. We will assist as much as possible in finding an agreeable solution.

19. HEALTH

19.1 The customer must comply fully with all and any health and safety regulations introduced by Zarilove. The customer must ensure that he/she is medically, mentally and physically fit and able to travel, take care of oneself use, our facilities and participate in activities. Customers who have injuries or illnesses are advised to seek doctor’s advice before booking a retreat. Some activities and treatments maybe adjustable but any queries must be presented before the deposit is made.

19.2 All previous injuries, current health conditions and medication must be disclosed in the medical questionnaire when booking the retreat/session. Any withheld medical information may cause the program/ therapies to be being suspended, altered or cancelled without refund, due to health and safety regulations. Zarilove reserves the right without question to refuse any customer onto a retreat whom they deem mentally, physically or otherwise unstable, unsuitable for the retreat, therapies, treatments or activities.

19.3 Zarilove is not liable for any injuries, health or psychiatric conditions that may occur during or subsequent to the retreats/events to the customer in his/her use of our facilities or participation in activities, therapies. A customer is always advised to alert the teacher/host and must always stop and rest if he/she is feeling any pain, sickness or discomfort. Customers enter into all retreat/event activities, practices, therapies, meditations and healing work at their own risk.

19.4 Zarilove takes no responsibility for the individual healing processes, discomfort, temporary energy disturbances that may occur during or after from some energy work e.g. disturbed sleep, nausea, digestion, headaches, muscular aches, emotional release and similar. This is considered part of the releasing of toxins from the system and generally subside with 24 -72 hours. Whilst we endeavour to support our customers as much as possible in this transitional process customers are responsible for their own emotional, mental and physical wellbeing. If feeling unwell they are to report symptoms to the group leader. Zarilove cannot take responsibility of any results due to the failure to follow advise given by the therapists pre/post treatment.

19.5 Customers are responsible for their own travel, medical insurance and vaccination. Zarilove is not liable for any medical costs. We require that your travel insurance covers the activity of your retreat/event as well as cancellations, medical costs, luggage, sickness, losses and all the usual risks. You should bring the policy with you in case of an emergency.

19.6 Zarilove accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury or illnesses which may be received during the customers stay or travelling to and from a Zarilove Retreat/event. Whilst all measures are taken to ensure a high standard of health and safety, our may take place in the countryside or outside where the land is uneven and we shall not be responsible for any injuries caused by uneven terrain.

19.7 If a customer has a pre-existing condition this must be disclosed to the group leader at the beginning of any class, event, or retreat and also made evident in the retreat booking form at the time of booking. In some circumstances it is necessary we may require a letter from your GP/Specialist stating that they are happy for you to go ahead with the retreat. Some events/classes maybe unsuitable for certain health condition and injuries and the customer maybe advised to adapt the exercise or not participate.

19.8 The customer is responsible for the supply and administration of his/her own medication at the appropriate times, despite of the program activity structure. It is not advised to discontinue any medication without seeking personal GP/medical advise.

19.9 We ask that women who are 12 to 28 weeks pregnant to provide a letter from their health practitioner specifying that they are fit to travel and able to engage in the activities that we provide otherwise we cannot allow pregnant women to join. The customer will be responsible for their level of participation in events and do so at their own risk.

20.PERSONAL ITEMS

20.1 Zarilove cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of personal possessions or valuables of the customer. Customer must take care of their own items and travel documents and keep them secure. This included all hired cars and other items. Customers are advised not to bring expensive items and do so at their own risk.

21.  COMPLAINTS

21.1 In the event of a customer having any complaint then he/she will not discuss this with any third party and shall notify the manager/groups leader as soon as possible. 22. RETREAT PROGRAMS AND SCHEDULES

22.1 If a customer wishes to change the schedule of their personalised retreat program, this will be at the discretion of the leading retreat facilitator and subject to external circumstances. We do our best to accommodate our customer’s needs and requests however, once a personalised retreat program is agreed on, on commencement of the retreat it is to be followed and adhered to. Missed sessions, classes, treatments and events may not be rearranged or refunded. Customers must communicate all in advance

22.2 In the case of group retreats, the daily schedule is fixed, unchangeable and non- negotiable by the customer. Any missed sessions will not be refunded or rearranged. Customers who arrive significantly late to classes or sessions may find that they are unable to enter into the activity or therapy. Times of booked therapy sessions will start and finish on the specified times and not extended die to late arrival unless caused by the therapist.

23. GENERAL

22.1. While Zarilove uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness and Zarilove will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from the use of such information. Our terms and conditions may be subject to change and amendment and it will be the customers responsibility to visit the website for the correct updated version.

22.2. While Zarilove takes all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, it does not guarantee that your use of this website will be interruption or error free and will not be responsible for any disruption, loss of or corruption of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material or data when downloaded onto any computer system.

22.3. The entire liability of Zarilove under or in connection with any contract for any products to which these conditions apply shall not exceed the price of the products, except as expressly provided in these conditions.

22.4 Intellectual property. The trade marks, logos, photography and service marks (‘intellectual property’) displayed on our website are the registered and unregistered marks of Priestess LTD, and protected by European/USA and international trade mark laws. Except in connection with placing an order for merchandise or as required by applicable law, you may not use, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, access, modify or otherwise exploit our intellectual property.

22.5 Any user of the website has to be 18 years of age or older and agrees to be entirely financially responsible for all charges and other fees arising from use of the website.

22.6 We do not make any warranties, promises, guarantees for healing and our products, the customer engages in all activities and purchases with their own faith and enjoyment purposes.

22.7 We may take photographs or film during our events and retreats for future use on websites, articles or in other materials.  The customer will be informed prior and if the (customer) does not want to appear in these will make it clear to Zarilove staff on the day of event or retreat.

DISCLAIMER

I have read, understand and agree to Zarilove terms and conditions and certify that given information regarding my health and current condition to the best of my knowledge is present and correct. I have not withheld any information that could later affect my safety, health or progress in a retreat, event, therapy session. I consider myself to be fit and able, and of sound mental health to participate in this retreat.

I understand that I am responsible for my own travel documentation and arrangements to and from the destination airports, which also includes purchase of visa, travel, vaccinations and health insurance. I agree to provide emailed copies of them to ZARILOVE before my departure. I understand a deposit of is payable to secure my place, this is non –refundable, unless in the unlikely event the trip is cancelled by Zariove.

I take full responsibly of the safety of my own valuables, monies and items are brought at my own risk. I assume and accept all risks, dangers and hazards in connection with my use of any and all services provided by Zarilove. I fully participate in all activities, events and healing sessions at my own risk and hold harmless and indemnify the Zarilove parties from any and all liability for property damage, personal injury, mental, emotional, physical health, death or otherwise suffered by myself or by a third party as a result of my participation in an activity or retreat.

I agree to obey all warnings, safety instructions, cautions and other notices provided to me by Zarilove parties. I agree to follow the retreat regulations regarding restricted substances, program timings, respect/damage of property and other specified requirements.

To hereby grant Zarilove parties an unrestricted right to use and publish photographs and/or video and film taken of me while participating in programs offered by Zarilove parties, for editorial, trade, social media, and any other professional purpose, in any manner and medium, and to copyright the same.
